Terms & Conditions

Welcome to OD: Olympian's Den (Sports Club) . By applying for and obtaining membership or participating in any training programs, members agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of Members and the Institute.

1. Eligibility for Membership :

1.1 Membership is open to individuals who meet the Institute's eligibility criteria for sports training. Admission is at the sole discretion of the Institute.

1.2 Members under the age of 18 must have consent from their parent or guardian, and all necessary legal documentation must be provided.

1.3 The Institute reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at any time based on behavior, violations of rules, or other relevant factors.

2. Fees & Payments :

2.1 Membership and training fees will be determined by the Institute and are subject to periodic review and modification.

2.2 All fees must be paid on time. Failure to pay within the specified due date may result in suspension or termination of membership.

2.3 The fee structure includes charges for membership, training, facility usage, and any additional services availed. These fees are non-refundable unless specified under the cancellation or refund policy.

3. Training Schedule and Sessions :

3.1 Training schedules and timings will be determined by the Institute. The Institute reserves the right to alter training schedules at its discretion.

3.2 Members must attend their training sessions regularly. Absence without prior notice may result in penalties, including loss of session or suspension of privileges.

3.3 The Institute may cancel or postpone training sessions due to weather conditions, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. Alternative arrangements will be made where possible, but the Institute is not liable for such cancellations.

4. Code of Conduct :

4.1 Members are required to maintain discipline and respect the rules and regulations of the Institute.

4.2 Physical and verbal abuse, inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespect towards trainers, staff, or other members will not be tolerated.

4.3 Members must follow the instructions of trainers and coaches. Misconduct or disruptive behavior may lead to disciplinary action, including termination of membership.

5. Health & Safety :

5.1 Members must declare any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns before joining any training program.

5.2 The Institute is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur on its premises during training or otherwise. Members are advised to consult a physician before engaging in rigorous physical activities.

5.3 Members are required to adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of appropriate sports gear and equipment.

6. Use of Facilities and Equipment : 

6.1 Members are responsible for the proper use of the Institute’s facilities and equipment. Any damage caused due to negligence will be the responsibility of the member and may result in additional charges.

6.2 Members must adhere to facility rules, including dress code, hygiene standards, and any other specific instructions provided by the Institute.

6.3 Unauthorized use of the facilities for personal or commercial training without prior permission from the Institute is strictly prohibited.
